"I have been doing business with My Receptionist since the early days of the company - when they used paper and pencil to schedule appointments. Their service was great then and even better each year as they have created a very efficient and flexible computer based scheduling service.

In an ideal world, I would have full time receptionist in my office. In the real world, I don't have the financial resources for one. My Receptionist comes close - clients love having someone actually answer the telephone. Now with the ability to book on-line many clients are delighted to book directly but I would not want to use a service that only offers internet scheduling. Everyone gets reminder e-mails (or calls if I want). And I love being able to send mass e-mails to clients.
