Christine

Christine started at My Receptionist at the beginning of 2010.  She enjoys the fast pace and constant challenge of her job.

A proud mother of two, Christine is active in her daughter's school, loves to read and work in her gardens.

Sara

Sara is a busy nursing student and one of our part time receptionists.  She enjoys the variey of the calls she takes and being able to make people smile through a simple phone call. 

When not at school or work, Sara loves to spend time with her friends and relax.  She also loves to cook when she can find time.

Jeff Noe, President & CEO


Jeff Noe is president of My Receptionist, a role he has held since purchasing the company in 2007. Jeff manages all operational functions at My Receptionist, from product development and marketing to sales and service.

Jeff originally joined My Receptionist in 2003 as the operations manager, where he handled personnel, sales, customer service, and IT functions. Prior to joining My Receptionist, Noe worked in the IT Services division of AT&T in Milwaukee, WI. Jeff received a degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.

Norm Green, Director of Business Development


Norm is responsible for enhancing My Receptionist's product offerings, specifically refining the product set to take advantage of new market innovations. Norm joined the team in 2005 as sales and marketing manager.

Norm spent the past 28 years in various facets of business development. Specifically, he helped Insty-Prints franchisees develop and launch new stores. Norm also owned and operated a pizza shop in Minneapolis, where he nurtured a deep understanding of the challenges of a small business owner. Norm received a degree in industrial technology from the University of Wisconsin - Stout.

Bonnie Patzer, Director of Operations


Bonnie oversees the day-to-day operations of the My Receptionist staff. Her specific responsibilities include staffing, training and development, information flow and management, as well as managing efficiencies across the company.

Bonnie joined My Receptionist in 2009. She previously served as the operations manager at GSI Commerce, a call center that handles in-bound customer service calls for numerous e-commerce clients. Prior to GSI, she was employed at Qwest Communications for 30 years. During that time, she worked as a customer service representative, a trainer, a supervisor and the call center manager.

Jason Reynolds, Director of Client Support


Jason oversees all the client service and support functions of My Receptionist. His responsibilities include managing new client orientation and training, client relations and all other client support and development processes.

Jason began working with My Receptionist in 2006 as an operations assistant. Prior to My Receptionist, Jason worked in operations at Harmon Solutions Group, a company that specializes in helping manage auto glass claims from independent dealers. During this time, Jason trained new and existing call center employees along with programming and managing the call scripts.
