My Receptionist Adds Cutting-Edge SMS Technology

SMS uses standardized communication protocols allowing the interchange of short text messages among mobile telephone devices. SMS is the most widely used form of messaging in the world. While the capability to send phone messages to clients has existed for years, this upgrade will allow clients to view phone messages taken by our receptionists as text messages on their mobile devices and reply back to our receptionists directly through SMS. This eliminates the need for clients to phone in their replies and the message string becomes part of the call history.
