My Receptionist was founded by a small business owner who struggled with serving her clients while trying to grow her business.
My Receptionist small business answering service and office support was founded in 1997 by a sole entrepreneur who struggled with growing her business. She knew that answering phones and performing other front office tasks was a necessary part of her business, but also realized that it consumed many hours that could have been spent serving her clients. She founded My Receptionist to free herself from the daily burdens of running a small business.

Today, My Receptionist provides on demand phone answering service and front office support to small businesses and entrepreneurs of all types. These services include phone answering, appointment scheduling and reminders,
gift certificate processing and POS(point of sale) tools.
