How It Works

To sign up for our service, call 1-800-686-0162, e-mail us at info@myreceptionist.com, or click here to get started. After we receive your completed application, we will then give you your private toll-free number. You should call your local telephone company to obtain call forwarding, a service that costs a few dollars per month. Once we give you your toll-free number, you are free to forward all your calls to us.

When a caller dials your local number, the call will automatically be sent to My Receptionist. We will:

• answer the phone with your business name
• answer callers' questions about prices, services, and directions
• screen for "red flag" callers
• schedule appointments according to your unique calendar

When the call is finished, we share information about your schedule with you by your choice of voice, fax, e-mail, or our Interactive Scheduling System (ISS).

Additionally, we can sell gift certificates for you, process credit cards and even call your clients with reminders the day before their appointment!
